Rodent Removal
Rats, squirrels, raccoon and other animals can make their way into your house or business and cause damage. Control of a rodent infestation relies on identifying the problem’s source in order to choose an appropriate treatment method. Treatment methods might include: eliminating any food sources, sealing all entry points, and successfully trapping rodents. Unless an infestation is severe, you may never physically see a rodent.
We do rodent removal a little different than others in the industry. We want to be a good partner and only provide the services you need. At our initial assessment we identify entry points and set appropriate traps. Then you decide if you want us to come back and check the traps or if you want to check them (we can teach you the proper way of baiting and setting the traps as well). For rat and mice traps we recommend checking every 2 to 3 days. For live traps for possums, raccoons, ring tailed cats etc. we recommend checking them daily. At our initial assessment we will take pictures of entry points we recommend sealing and give an estimate, if this is something we can do. We can do most common entry points but can't do specialty things like tile roofs, chimney's and large openings requiring construction skills.
